My name is August Hogen-Esch, and I am a 7th-grade student at Adventure Stem. I think that being in Aventure means to be good with time management, and You have to work well under pressure. This is because sometimes, we have a lot of larger projects happening, and you have to use your time wisely in order to get everything done on time.

Even though the program is fun, the one thing I do not like is probably the 'Once a zero, Always a zero' policy, which pretty much means you can't redo anything past its turn-in date. That can get really annoying if you forget to publish your blog in time, and then all that work was for nothing.

The only new thing that happened this year was that we had to eat on the Herman side. This was different because, in 5th and 6th grade, we could eat in the cafeteria, 10 minutes before anyone else ate. But instead, we have to go to the opposite side of campus to eat, then we have to wait until the 5th and 6th graders get out before we can go to the adventure side.

I think that my favorite part of being in Adventure is the computers and Elective. I like elective because we get to make games in flash. This is one of my favorite parts because you get to be the game designer, and when other people play your game,        you feel really good. I also like the fact that there are computers in almost all of our classes.

In conclusion, Adventure is a pretty cool school. But, the projects can get to you if you do not have good time management. There are computers in every class and game design is really fun. So, for the most part, this is a really good school and the teachers are cool.
